Navy Blue Think Of Me Kids Short Set

I ordered 3 short & shirt sets and when i received my parcel and tried the shirt on my baby the neck of the shirt was so small that my sons head could hardly fit in. The owner is a liar and non co-operative person when i contacted him through whatsapp was not replying and then he replied after a day that he will exchange it within 2 to 3 days i kept calling him he didnt answer he stopped responding this is so unprofessional their customer service is very bad they also send one wrong size as well which os no use to me cause the size is too small for my son
